In Morse, this would be N K N K, no ? Unless we are missing some elements… The mystery thickens.

If interpreted one character per line, it reads: N-K-N-U.
I love these covers that become more and more appealing the longer you look at them… it’s an art that the likes of Henry Sene Yee and Mendelsund have become masters at.
