Dan: good photo choice and video, though somewhat terrifying in the sense that this work could have easily been overlooked/discarded/trashed.

Thanks Finn. It is an astonishing body of work. I wonder if Maier is exceptional or whether other caches of remarkable photographs by other photographers have simply been lost? (I also half-expecting for some one to reveal this as an elaborate hoax!)

Ohhh! Thanks for posting this! I read about this photographic find awhile back. I think I posted something about it on facebook… maybe even a couple of years ago now. I’ve wondered about this collection. The whole story… this woman… it’s so intriguing! I’ll have to keep my eye open for this doc.
