But then he probably wouldn't do motiongraphics either! For what it's worth, I have a copy of Bringhurst's <em><a href="http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/book/9780973872729/?a_aid=optimist" rel="nofollow">The Surface of Meaning</a></em> on my shelf and the sans-serif he used for the captions in that was <a href="http://www.dutchtypelibrary.nl/Caspari_rdrct.html" rel="nofollow">Caspari</a>. Probably not! But then he probably wouldn’t do motiongraphics either!

For what it’s worth, I have a copy of Bringhurst’s The Surface of Meaning on my shelf and the sans-serif he used for the captions in that was Caspari.
